01 General Information

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Glacier Stones mobile game (the “App”). The App is intended for users aged 18 and older.

Glacier Stones follows a data-minimisation approach: the game works offline and does not require an account. The App does not provide the developer with users’ personal data.

02 Information We Collect

Glacier Stones does not collect personal data, store it on the developer’s servers, or transmit it to the developer. The App also does not use analytics or advertising tools, trackers, third-party SDKs, or other integrations designed to collect information.

The App does not collect the following through its own features:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details;
• precise location information or contacts;
• advertising identifiers or browsing history;
• usage analytics, telemetry, or data for online profiling.

03 Information Stored on Your Device

To operate the campaign, the App stores a limited set of game data locally on your device:

• the currently selected challenge;
• the list of completed challenges and the highest unlocked challenge;
• your ambient motion and touch feedback preferences.

This information is used only to maintain your game progress and preferences between sessions. It is not sent to the developer, used for advertising, or synchronised between devices through Glacier Stones services.

The exact position of the stone or the state of an unfinished attempt is not restored after the App is closed. Your campaign progress and preferences are still stored locally.

04 Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

Glacier Stones has no account system hosted by the developer, online leaderboard, competitive matchmaking, or cloud synchronisation. An Internet connection is not required to play the game.

The App contains no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics tools. It does not sell, rent, or share users’ personal data with third parties because it does not collect such data.

05 Advertising, Purchases, and Payment Information

Glacier Stones contains no advertisements, in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or payment features. The App does not receive or process users’ payment details.

06 Retention and Deletion of Local Data

Local game progress and preferences remain on your device until they are deleted along with the App’s data or the App itself. To reset local data, use your device settings to clear Glacier Stones’ storage or app data, or uninstall the game.

The App does not create its own cloud backups. If your operating system or device platform backs up app data, the retention or deletion of those backups depends on that platform’s settings and policies.

07 Children’s Privacy

Glacier Stones is intended for users aged 18 and older. The App is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from users of any age.

08 Security

Since the App does not transmit personal data to the developer’s servers, the developer does not maintain a server-side database of such data. Local game data is stored using the device’s facilities and is subject to the device’s own security and privacy settings.

09 Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s functionality or information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
